In 2010, Jeffrey R. Zephir, Architect was the Architect of Record for Club Med's Sandpiper Resort located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The $25 Million Dollar Renovation consisted of the Renovation of 116 Guest Rooms, the Renovation of the Resort's 30,000 Square Foot Restaurant Building, the Resort's 5,000 Square Foot Bar Building and the Remodeling / Renovation of the Existing Reception Area, Conference Center and Theater.

The Resort's Renovation was designed and built in strict accordance with the Florida Building Code meeting or exceeding all required Hurricane Codes.
