Zephir International L.L.C is lead by its President, Jeffrey R. Zephir. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Zephir has established an international career in construction and real estate development, involving the delivery of high profile, high quality construction projects on time and on budget. Projects were located through out the United States of America, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Poland.
